Alongside popular dishes such as pilaf, mantõ and lagman, Kaurma Lagman (i.e. fried) is also made in Uzbekistan. Kaurma translates literally as "steak" and therefore our lagman comes without sauce. Strange as it may seem, this simple dish with few ingredients makes you fall in love with it immediately and irrevocably.
